I think I've said it here before, I don't really like diaper bags. I like that they are functional, I just don't like carrying something on my body that totally screams "you're a mom!" I think a stroller, baby wearing, and the children themselves might be enough declaration. Don't you? So when it comes to a bag and clothing too (hey short shorts), I try to be as true to myself as possible, within an appropriate mama range of course. ;) For me, that means carrying a "diaper bag" that doesn't entirely look like a diaper bag, but works like one. This Madeline Red Canvas bag is just that and more! It's comfortable, it's bright, and most importantly, it's perfect for all of Oak's needs and is easy for city walking. park hopping, and train riding.
Generally I am a very organized person, I feel it's the only way that I can navigate motherhood in the busy city gracefully; so yeah, pockets! Give me all of them, I will fill them.
P.S This bag is totally husband approved. Peter wears it as a cross carry.
